The Doc Booth Foundation is committed to support in mental health areas in Utah’s Dixie.
Doc Booth’s passion for high school sports came second only to his love of Diet Coke. Each year, we are committed to donating to a different sport.
Doc Booth Foundation will grant a $2,000 scholarship to a student in every high school in Washington County School District who is planning on an undergraduate degree or obtaining a certificate at a technical college. The scholarship is designated solely for covering tuition. Eligible students must have secured admission to a college, university, or technical school for the year 2025 and obtained a GPA of 3.0 or above in high school.
Applications are due by March 15, 2025.
